"Hi Scott,

Typically I throw around compliments like they were manhole covers so what I am about to write belies my character. No hyperbole here but I am stunned at the efficiency of State Farm’s handling of my claim for the automobile accident that occurred on 9/14/22. Here we are only 9 days later and I have been paid for the loss of my car. The claims department got me a rental car which cost me nothing. The rental car company (Enterprise) even picked me up when I received the car and brought me home after I dropped it off. Contrast this, 180 degrees, with NJ DVM, where I had to go 4 different places, and endure some of the most indifferent, mean and nasty people outside of Hell. LOL

Really just wanted to thank you, your staff and especially the State Farm Claims department for making my unfortunate accident a lot less problematic
